Beginners often think the bicep are the most important part of bigger arms, but the triceps make up a larger portion of the upper arm.

Personally, I think the lateral head of the tricep adds a lot of width when looking at your arms from the front. It’s one of the contributors to that thick full look.

So what do you do?

 Pick a Tricep exercise and get really good at it. Right now I’m loving the JM press on a smith machine but skull crushers, cable pushdowns, or dips can all work.

Train it 2-3 times a week and focus on progressive overload. Add a rep, add a little weight, improve your technique week after week and you’re fuckin laughing bud.
